PENGARUH KREDIT PNPM MP, KEMAMPUAN WIRAUSAHA DAN FAKTOR DEMOGRAFI TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA MIKRO (Studi kasus pada kelompok usaha mikro di kecamatan Guntur kabupaten Demak)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredit PNPM MP terhadap kinerja usaha mikro, pengaruh kemampuan wirausaha terhadap kinerja usaha mikro dan pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap kinerja usaha mikro.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh usaha mikro yang menjadi peminjam kredit Usaha Ekonomi Produktif (UEP) program PNPM MP dikecamatan Guntur kabupaten Demak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan rumus yamane dan diperoleh jumlah 81 pengusaha mikro dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket dengan menyebar kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengaruh kredit PNPM MP terhadap kinerja usaha mikro adalah positif dan signifikan, sehingga hipotesis 1 yaitu kredit PNPM MP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro terbukti. Pengaruh kemampuan wirausaha terhadap kinerja usaha mikro adalah positif dan signifikan, sehingga hipotesis 2 penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro terbukti. Pengaruh faktor demografi terhadap kinerja usaha mikro adalah positif dan signifikan, sehingga hipotesis 3 penelitian ini yaitu faktor demografi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha mikro terbukti. Dari analisis data ditemukan nilai koefisien regresi untuk ketiga variabel independen adalah positif. Nilai koefisien regresi ini semuanya positif yang artinya semakin tinggi nilai kredit PNPM MP, kemampuan wirausaha dan faktor demografi, maka nilai kinerja usaha mikro akan semakin tinggi pula
