ANALISIS FAKTOR PELAYANAN, FASILITAS, PROMOSI DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGHUNI PERUMAHAN PERMATA PURI NGALIAN SEMARANG
Abstract
Perumahan merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Kebutuhan akan perumahan kini semakin meningkat. Pemilihan akan perumahan dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor seperti pelayanan, fasilitas, promosi dan lokasi perumahan. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis pengaruh factor pelayanan, fasilitas, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan penghuni perumahan Permata Puri di Ngalian Semarang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden penghuni perumahan tersebut. Alat analisis yang digunakan regresi berganda, F test dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16,0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan factor-faktor tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. Faktor fasilitas mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar disusul oleh factor lokasi perumahan.

Co-Authorship

JSS will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JSS will only communicate with the corresponding author.
Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JSS.
Miscellaneous
JSS will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed.
