PENERAPAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN DALAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DAN ISO 26000
Abstract
Standar ISO 26000 menekankan pentingnya hasil dan perbaikan kinerja tanggung jawad sosial. Standar ini dimaksudkan untuk berguna untuk semua jenis organisasi di sector privat, public, dan sosial baik besar atau kecil, dan apakah beroperasi di Negara maju atau berkembang. Perusahaan perlu mempersiapkan diri untuk antisipasi ISO 26000. Karena hanya perusahaan yang melaksanakan CSR berdasarkan ISO 26000 lah yang akan diterima dalam tata pergaulan bisnis.
Jadi kalau ingin terus berada dalam dunia bisnis, maka mempelajari apa isi ISO 26000 melalui pembacaan mandiri, diskusi, keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan merupakan suatu keharusan utama. Setelah hal-hal di atas dijalankan, perusahaan harus membuat analisis kesenjangan (gap analysis) antara praktik CSRnya sekarang dengan apa yang dikehendaki oleh ISO 26000. Kemudian, perencanaan sistematis mengenai bagaimana kesenjangan itu akan ditutup, berapa lama itu semua akan dilakukan, sumberdaya apa saja yang harus disediakan haruslah diketahui oleh perusahaan. Menyusul kemudian eksekusi penutupan kesenjangan itu.
Mesti hanya sebuah panduan, namun bukan berarti ISO 26000 ini bisa diabaikan begiti saja. Ada dua hal yang akan dihadapi perusahaan ketika mengabaikan ISO 26000 ini. Pertama, ketika dalam proses kerjasama dengan investor terutama dari luar negeri, yang akan mempertanyakan penerapan inisiatif corporate social responsibility (CSR) yang terkandung dalam prinsi dan core subject di ISO 26000. Kedua, dalam proses operasional perusahaan aka nada gangguan yang memhambat perkenbangan perusahaan jika tidak menerapkan ISO 26000

- The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (Jurnal STIE SEMARANG).
Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. JSS will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JSS will only communicate with the corresponding author.
Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JSS.
Miscellaneous
JSS will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. JSS's editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 3.
