Strategi Penguatan BUMDes
Abstract
Wujud nyata semangat kemandirian desa menuju perekonomian yang kuat adalah dengan mendirikkan badan usaha milik desa atau dikenal sebagai BUMDes. Di desa Sidokumpul Kecamatan guntur Kabupaten Demak telah berdiri Badan Usaha Milik Desa yaitu BUMDes Sidorukun. Selain itu di desa bakalrejo Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak juga telah beridiri Badan Usaha Milik Desa yaitu BUMDes Sumber Lancar. Kedua BUMDes tersebut belum berkembang baik. BUMDes Sumber Lancar di desa Bakarejo berada pada posisi macet karena kegiatan usaha sudah tidak berjalan lagi. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang menggunakan data primer . Populasi penelitian ini adalah BUMDes Sidorukun dan BUMDes Sumber Lancar. Metode pengambilan data adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Usaha BUMDes Sidorukun di desa Sidokumpul dalam penyediaan air bersih sudah berhasil memperoleh laba dan telah berkontribusi pada pendapatan pemerintah desa Sidokumpul. Akan tetapi BUMDes Sidorukun belum mampu memnuhi kebutuhan seluruh warga desa Sidokumpul sehingga sebagian warga masih mengambil sumber air dari desa lain. Oleh karena itu pelatihan peningkatan SDM dan tambahan permodalan sangat diperlukan. BUMDes Sumber Lancar menjalankan kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam dan kegiatan persewaan alat-alat pertanian. BUMDes Sumber Lancar belum bisa memperoleh laba. Usaha simpan pinjam macet, usaha persewaan alat-alat pertanian sudah tidak berjalan lagi. BUMDes Sumber lancar membutuhkan standar pengelolaan usaha, suntikan modal baru, pelatihan peningkatan SDM, pelatihan sistem manajemen usaha, perlu dibentuk tim pengawasan dan pengendalian.

Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. JSS will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JSS will only communicate with the corresponding author.
Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JSS.
Miscellaneous
JSS will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. JSS's editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 3.
