PENGARUH TIPE KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN TEKANAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
Kinerja yang baik selalu diutamakan oleh semua organisasi, baik itu organisasi yang profit oriented maupun organisasi yang non profit oriented. Dengan kinerja karyawan yang baik maka suatu organisasi akan lebih mudah mencapai tujuan organisasi. Sehingga semua organisasi akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan oleh organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan mengelola tekanan kerja pada organisasi.Tekanan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh tipe kepemimpinan yang kurang sesuai. Dari penghitungan uji t pertama yang menguji hubungan antara tipe kepemimpinan dengan tekanan kerja diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan beta sebesar 0,542. maka hipotesis diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepemimpinan mempengaruhi tekanan kerja secara signifikan. Nilai beta 0,542 menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi tekanan kerja sebesar 54%.
Uji t kedua diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,047 dan beta sebesar 0,257. Dengan nilai signifikan di bawah nilai 0,050 maka hipotesis diterima yang menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja bawahan secara signifikan.Nilai beta 0,047 menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 47%.
Untuk menguji hubungan antara tipe kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja bawahan dengan tekanan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi maka dapat diperoleh dengan mengalikan nilai beta masing-masing variabel. Dengan t hitung tipe kepemimpinan terhadap tekanan kerja = 0,542 dan tekanan kerja terhadap kinerja bawahan = 0,257 maka pengaruh tidak langsung tipe kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja bawahan melalui tekanan kerja adalah sebesar 0,542 x 0,257 = 0,139

Miscellaneous
