PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA PT. BCA SYARIAH SEMARANG)
Abstract
Perkembangan usaha dan organisasi perusahaan akan sangat tergantung pada produktivitas karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Dengan pengaturan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, diharapkan karyawan bekerja secara produktif. Pengelolaan karyawan secara profesional ini harus dimulai sejak perekrutan, penyeleksian, pengklasifikasian, penempatan karyawan sesuai dengan keahliannya sampai dengan pengembangan kariernya. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada PT. BCA Syariah Semarang)”
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.BCA Syariah Semarang yang berjumlah 32 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian sensus atau penelitian populasi, dimana seluruh anggota populasi yang merupakan karyawan PT.BCA Syariah Semarang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian atau responden. Pemilihan sampel ini mengacu pada pendapat Suharsini Arikunto (2002) bahwa apabila jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 lebih baik diambil semua sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan mengunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan wawancara. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan uji t dan koefisien determinasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kienrja karyawan pada PT. BCA Syariah Semarang. angka koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 0,837. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai peranan 83,7% secara bersama-sama untuk dapat menjelaskan atau menerangkan variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,3% (100% - 83,7%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan.

Miscellaneous
